ABOUT OUR AGENCYI began my career with State Farm in 2009. I have been working in the Northern Virginia area with State Farm since 2011 and have been here ever since. Our team enjoys supporting our community and small businesses and giving back to the residents who are less fortunate than us. During the Holidays, we collect toys for children at a local chapter of the Toys for Tots charity organization. Our team loves pets, and our customers often bring their dogs into the office when they stop by to see us. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
